Eastman 701 Cello - Rudolph Doetsch

The VC-701 (Rudolph Doetsch) has a dark robust traditionally German sound that carries well and has great flexibility.

It is handcrafted from select European tonewoods. This cello boasts tap-tuned plates for the best possible tone and response. The varnish is hand-applied with an antique multi-layer style.

This instrument has a Level II Professional Setup which includes a hand-cut hand-fitted and adjusted soundpost high-quality Aubert #16 bridge hand-fitted and lubricated pegs in matching material to other fittings finely finished nut fine planed and hand-dressed fingerboard properly adjusted tailgut Wittner Ultra tailpiece and D'Addario Helicore strings.
